I spend an afternoon viewing the exhibits at the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum in an effort to answer some of the recent questions I've received from viewers regarding the oil and gas industry. On the way, I discuss holiday excess and show you some culinary highlights from my family's Thanksgiving celebration.
